New listing and April Market Update

And now, for your April Market Update!  We are continuing to move toward a market that is seemingly favorable to sellers. Sellers may be seeing multiple offers again and will start to see prices move higher. Buyers have been here before – low inventory and higher than preferable interest rates. What buyers need to know is – now is the time to buy! All indicators point to prices getting higher in the coming months so buyers should take advantage of prices where they are now. Plus, we are coming into a busier season, which means more potential competition. With the warmer temps comes the hotter market – what are you waiting for?
